If you have never paid one cents to PTPN ever before this,Below are the steps to be taken if you happen to get blacklisted by PTPTN . Please follow simple steps below for you to remove your name from being blacklisted. My friend , PTPTN can even block you from flying out of country as they have link with the immigration folks.So please do not play the fool with them. So it is indeed time to pay back , lets just put it that way :)...

1 ) Received letter from PTPTN / Lawyer 's letter claiming you need to pay in full
If you received a letter from a lawyer appointed by PTPTN please acknowledge the letter immediately and call the lawyer and ask for further details on what can be done. They will advice you for further action and you need to submit all the documents needed as advised by them.

2) Walk in to PTPTN office for clearance
Please do walk in to the PTPTN office and discuss with the person in charge there asking them how much is your total payment due to date.do not be shy to beg them to reduce your minimum payment to get yourself removed from the blacklist (Thats the only way guys/gals). Initial deposit would be 1k but in some cases they would really pastor you to pay at least 50 % of the total amount. For those who really cannot pay or do not have the money to pay just tell them genuinely that you really don't have money but you are willing to pay 1k as deposit. This is to change your agreement to Ujrah (It is ok if you dont want Ujrah as well.That is totally up to you). Please also really read the terms& condition before proceeding.
2) After paying the minimum deposit.
Please go back to the counter and settle the minimum deposit required and ptptn officers will prepare an agreement by asking you how much you are willing to pay per month but this is under approval by the ptptn officer. They will either deduct through your employers monthly salary or you can choose to pay monthly via any medium ex: maybank2u.
3) Ujrah documents
You will need to sign and acknowledge the Ujrah documents and need to get setem hasil from post office to proceed.
Once you have signed the ujrah documents and payment is being made ,you are already 50% complete with the process.
4) Acknowledge Lawyer
Acknowledge that you have paid the minimum deposit and please do get them to remove your name from black list.
Lawyer should release your name within 1 week.
Please check with ptptn to make sure you are on track.
Below are the documents need to be submitted to the lawyer:
- Resit pembayaran wang pendahuluan RM1,000.00
-Surat rayuan rasmi penarikan balik setakat notis tuntutan dan pembatalan senarai hitam
- Borang kemaskini Pertukaran Ujrah (di selesaikan oleh PPN Cawangan yang berurusan)
- Borang kebenaran potongan gaji
- Borang maklumat pekerjaan dan majikan (di lampirkan)
5) Check your immigration status online
