Recently I have booked my stay in Krabi Front Bay Resort using AGODA so I thought of sharing you my experience using Agoda for the first time.
Actually there is price difference if you compare AGODA published rates with hotel website published rate whereby AGODA is relatively cheaper.
1 ) Do your survey before booking
Compare your chosen hotel price with AGODA website and hotel official website and from there you can spot difference in the price. AGODA will normally publish rates with some discounts. You can always filter your search in the right side of the box for your own convenience :
2) Create an account with AGODA
Once you have decided to proceed with the booking please create an account with AGODA for you to get the insider deals with them. This is quite easy and user friendly too.
3) Proceed with booking
If you need to do booking with AGODA please make sure you have your credit card to do the payment. Once your booking is done you can click in your booking page to check on your booking confirmation. Normally you will also get confirmation email.
4) If in case you need to change your travel date just call the customer service number
Some times we cant promise to keep up on the travel dates so we will face a situation whereby we need to change the travel dates so please dont panic if you use AGODA to book. All you need to do is to call their customer service hotline number and explain to them on your situation and they will liaise with the Hotel Reservation Manager directly and will inform you on the dates that is available. Service charge may apply if it is peak season.
